Reading & Writing (combined section)
We work on rapid comprehension of short passages — literary, scientific, historical — on vocabulary in context, on the grammar of academic English and on evidence analysis. Suitable both for those coming from the Italian liceo and for those studying at international schools (IB, A-Level, IGCSE, American School): in both cases we train the strategies to manage time and recognise the traps in the answer choices — skills that cut across every starting curriculum.

Math
Algebra, problem solving, data analysis, geometry and trigonometry. On paper the syllabus is familiar both to those coming from the Italian liceo and to those studying in IB/A-Level/IGCSE — but the SAT asks you to apply it in different ways, with an approach geared to speed of execution. We work on the differences in approach between curricula and on using the calculator integrated directly into the exam interface.

Preparing for the digital adaptive format
The SAT is digital and adaptive: your performance in the first module determines the difficulty of the second. Test Magistrali Bocconi superato in 3 settimane
Up to Ten é una manna dal cielo per chi fosse disorientato nell’affrontare un test di selezione! Avevo solo un mese per preparare il test di selezione per le Magistrali in Bocconi e ho lavorato con Anna. Preparazione chimica per test medicina
Federico è sempre stato di grandissimo supporto, soprattutto in questo ultimo periodo, in cui mi ha dato una mano in chimica, per il test di medicina. In ogni occasione, mi è stato davvero di supporto, soprattutto nei momenti di massimo sconforto, mi ha sempre incitato a non mollare. Oltre alle grandi competenze in materia, mi ha fatto capire che la chimica, alla fine, non è così tanto noiosa! The Digital SAT is the same test for everyone, but the competitive thresholds change radically depending on the destination. Working out where you want to aim is the first step of the preparation strategy.

The context: the Digital SAT is adaptive by module — the first module of each section determines the score range you can reach in the second. That means building a strong Module 1 is the decisive lever: without it, you don't reach the high-difficulty Module 2 that unlocks the most competitive scores. Preparing on a platform that replicates this logic makes the difference.
Sessions and timing
When to take the SAT
The SAT can be retaken. In Italy it usually takes place in August, October, December, March, May, June. Many of our students sit the test across several sessions: the first to measure their real level, the later ones to consolidate or improve.
Superscoring (combining your best R&W and your best Math from different sessions) is accepted by most US universities. Polimi and Bocconi, on the other hand, use the single session — in the path we tell you how to optimise based on your destination.

For most students, we recommend 3-4 months of preparation with weekly lessons and regular practice on the platform between sessions. The time varies depending on your target score, your starting level and your familiarity with the format. For those who already have solid foundations, the tutor can build shorter intensive paths. We establish the starting point with the first diagnostic simulations on the platform.
It depends on your target university. Based on the specific universities you've identified, we verify the benchmark score and define the program to achieve the result.
It depends on your profile. The SAT rewards reasoning and analysis, the ACT rewards speed and direct knowledge. Only some universities accept the ACT as an alternative to the SAT.
Ideally during the penultimate year of high school, so you have time to complete structured preparation, taking advantage of the summer, without working under pressure.
