Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Who We Are

The uptoten.it website and Up to Ten's social media channels are operated by Up to Ten, based at Via Giuseppe Frua 21/6, 20146 Milano, VAT no. 12071940964. Contact: info@uptoten.it, certified email (PEC) uptoten@pec.it.

2. What These Terms Cover

These terms govern the use of the website and of the content we publish on our accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). By using the website, you accept them.

3. The Website and Our Services

The website describes our services: tutoring, courses, entrance test preparation and STEM Kids labs. The prices shown are those currently in force. The conditions of each learning path (lessons, schedule, payment) are agreed at the time of enrolment.

4. Information on Exams and Tests

Test dates, rules and scoring come from the official calls for applications, and we update them carefully. They may, however, change: for important decisions, the call issued by the organisation running the test is authoritative.

5. Content and Brand

Texts, videos, animations, images and the Up to Ten brand belong to us. You may view them, share them from our channels and use them for study. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Publishing on Social Media

Our content is published on our accounts using in-house tools (the Up to Connect app). These tools publish only our content, approved by us, on our accounts. They do not collect data about the people who view it.

7. Links to Other Websites

Links to third-party websites, such as university calls for applications, are provided for convenience: we are not responsible for their content.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and always accessible, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions.

9. Privacy and Cookies

How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, accessible from the bottom of every page.

10. Changes

We may update these terms: the date at the top shows when they were last updated.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the court of the place where you reside has jurisdiction, as provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
