60 questions in 60 minutes flat: 1 minute per question, −0.25 penalty for every error, 10% of questions in English. The test is 100% subject-based — no more logic section, only Biology, Chemistry, Physics with equal weight.
20 Biology + 20 Chemistry + 20 Physics: three sections of identical weight, each worth a third of the score. The ranking is single and built on the total: neglecting one subject can cost you up to 20 points out of 60. You need solid foundations in all three, not just in your favourite subject.
Our tutors are always up to date on the format and on the scientific terminology in English the test requires. We work with simulations that replicate the real home-based conditions, including the 6 reserve questions and the webcam proctoring.
You need the points to secure a place in the limited intake for Medicine (or Dentistry). 2 spring sessions: you can sit both — the best score counts in the rankings.

Initial diagnostic: a full simulation in the UniSR format (60Q / 60 min, +1 / 0 / −0.25, 10% English). We map the starting level on the 3 subjects — Biology, Chemistry, Physics — and identify the gaps in your school curriculum compared to the test syllabus. The tutor analyses where you lose points and why: knowledge error, speed or English terminology? From there the personalised plan starts, calibrated to the target course (Medicine or Dentistry) and to the 2 spring sessions.

Subject-by-subject consolidation. Biology: cellular and molecular, genetics, human anatomy and physiology, microbiology. Chemistry: atomic structure, bonding, stoichiometry, acids and bases, organic and biomolecules. Physics: mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, optics, medical physics. The final dress rehearsal: timed full simulations on our Admission Platform with the real UniSR scoring system (+1 / 0 / −0.25) and 10% of questions in English. There is no fixed minimum score: the entry threshold forms each year based on how the other candidates perform and the number of places. With the new format (maximum score 60) there are no consolidated historical series yet: our goal is to take you as high as possible in the ranking.
The change: the test becomes 100% subject-based. The 60 questions break down into 20 Biology + 20 Chemistry + 20 Physics. The logic/reading-comprehension section from previous years has been removed. 10% of the questions are in English. At the end, 6 additional reserve questions are administered that do not count toward your score.
