Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device during browsing. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.
2. Technical Cookies
We use technical cookies strictly necessary for the website to function: • Session cookies: required for navigation and use of website features. • Preference cookies: store user choices (e.g., language, light/dark theme, cookie consent). These cookies do not require user consent as they are essential for the website to function.
3. Analytical Cookies
With your consent, we use the following tools to understand how the site is used and to improve it: • Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded through Google Tag Manager: number of visitors, pages viewed and time on page, traffic sources. The data is aggregated and the IP address is anonymised. Privacy notice: https://policies.google.com/privacy • Microsoft Clarity: anonymous recording of page interaction (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) to identify points of friction in navigation. Privacy notice: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement • Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights: aggregated measurement of performance and visits, without profiling cookies. Privacy notice: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy • Sentry: collection of technical site errors only (error message, page and browser type) so that we can fix them. Privacy notice: https://sentry.io/privacy/ These tools are activated only after consent to analytical cookies and are not used for advertising purposes.
4. Marketing Cookies and Campaign Measurement
With your consent to marketing cookies, we use tools that let us measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and, in some cases, show you relevant ads: • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): detects interactions with the site in order to measure campaign results and build audiences. Privacy notice: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy • Meta Conversions API: when you submit a contact form and have given marketing consent, we transmit certain contact details (name, email address and telephone number) to Meta from our server — therefore not through your browser — in encrypted, irreversible form (SHA-256 hash). Meta uses them solely to recognise whether the enquiry comes from someone who has seen one of our ads, so that the result can be attributed correctly. We never transmit the data in clear text and we do not use it for purposes other than campaign measurement. • Google Ads: measurement of conversions generated by ads. For this purpose Google sets first-party cookies (_gcl_*) that link the click on the ad to any enquiry sent from the site. When enhanced conversions are active, the email address entered in the form is encrypted by the browser (SHA-256 hash) before transmission: Google receives only the encrypted value and uses it solely to attribute the conversion to the corresponding ad. Privacy notice: https://policies.google.com/privacy If you do not consent to marketing cookies, none of this processing takes place: your contact details are used only to reply to your enquiry. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie banner, as explained in the next section. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
5. How to Disable Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences in several ways: • Cookie banner: on your first visit you can accept everything, reject everything, or choose selectively. The two optional categories are separate: analytical cookies (section 3) and marketing cookies (section 4) are accepted and withdrawn independently. You can reopen the banner at any time and change your mind: withdrawal takes effect immediately on future processing. • Browser settings: you can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Below are the guides for the main browsers: - Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies - Firefox: about:preferences#privacy - Safari: Preferences > Privacy - Edge: edge://settings/privacy Please note: disabling technical cookies may impair the functioning of the site.
6. Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published on this page with the date of the last update. We invite you to check this page periodically.
